ABOUT THE CHAMBERS

The Law Chambers of Anshumaan Sahni is an independent litigation and advisory practice based in New Delhi. Anshumaan Sahni has practised as an advocate since 2013, with over fifteen years in the profession.

The practice covers litigation and advisory work in international trade — customs and GST; direct tax, including international taxation; commercial and contractual disputes, including cross-border matters; white-collar and economic offences; and intellectual property. Constitutional law informs the work of the Chambers, which appears regularly before the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.

The Chambers also advises on public and economic policy, including in defence procurement, emerging technologies and digital assets, in India and in cross-border contexts.

The Chambers maintains a long-standing engagement with child rights and the rights of children with special needs, including work with a SAARC apex body on model legislation to end violence against children across SAARC nations — in areas such as child labour, trafficking, online safety and protection in tourism — and litigation to protect and enforce the rights of children and persons with special needs.

The office is at Panchsheel, New Delhi. Anshumaan Sahni appears before various High Courts across India in tax, commercial and intellectual property matters.
