I am a litigator who advises his clients to not go to court until and unless all other options of solving a problem are ruled out. My experience of 15 years in the profession has taught me exactly how to deal with an unfolding legal situation; the myriad consequences it can have; and suggesting an appropriate course of action. 

My experience before various Courts and Benches, has also given me foresight to devise multiple strategies for achieving a goal for my client before Court and to also guide them on achieving a result without going to court. 

As an Independent Legal Counsel and Practitioner since 2013, I have extensive experience in dealing with legal issues in various Courts in India as well as in USA and UK. 

My Litigation practice revolves around core the areas of International Trade – Customs & GST, International Direct Tax, Commercial and Contractual Disputes including cross border disputes, White-Collar Crime and Criminal & Intellectual Property. 

Constitutional Law guides all that I do at the Chambers and a practice of such law before the Hon'ble High Court’s and Supreme Court has chiselled our outlook towards enforcing and protecting the rights of our clients.

I am also one of the few who offers Public and Economic Policy Advisory in the areas of Defence Procurement, New Technologies, Crypto, etc. in India and outside India as well.

The office is setup in Panchsheel in Delhi, but I appear regularly in Other High Courts in India as well owing to my tax, commercial laws and IP practice.

I also provide my time and abilities to the cause of child rights and children with special needs. I work with a SAARC Apex Body where we make laws to End Violence against Children to implement in SAARC Nations. The areas we work on are child labour, child trafficking, child sexual harassment including online safety, children in tourism, etc. 

I also litigate to protect and enforce the rights  of children and persons with special needs so that they can live a life of dignity.
